Drive Terceira is a small, family-owned business dedicated to making your time on the island easy and comfortable from the moment you arrive. While we provide modern, safe vehicles at great value, we see the car as just one part of your journey. Our real focus is helping you experience Terceira with confidence, guided by people who live here and understand the roads, the weather, and the small details that matter when you are traveling somewhere new.
We offer fast, efficient, and truly personal service, staying reachable before and during your stay to answer questions and help with planning when needed. Whether your flight arrives late, the weather changes your route, or you simply want local advice, we are here to support you so transportation never becomes a stress point in your trip. With Drive Terceira, you are not booking into a system — you are trusting a local team that cares about your experience and is grateful for the confidence you place in us.

Your reservation is made directly with our company through our easy online booking form.
The form provides drive:Terceira with the information needed to prepare your vehicle and process your request smoothly. Including your flight details helps us plan your arrival and reduces stress for both you and our team.
Our office is located in Praia da Vitória, just 2 kilometers (1 mile) from the airport. When flight details are provided in advance, we often arrange for your vehicle to be ready at the airport whenever possible. We also offer a free shuttle with a short 3-minute transfer to our office and will be waiting for you upon arrival.
Our office has set business hours, but vehicle pickup and return are arranged around your travel itinerary. We operate approximately from 05:00 to 23:00 daily and schedule delivery or return based on your arrival or departure time. There are no additional fees for early or late flight schedules.

The choice is “AUTOMATIC”. The drive: Terceira fleet is built around the newly designed 2025 Citroen “Novo C3”. These cars have automatic transmissions and hybrid gasoline engines that offer easy driving and excellent fuel efficiency. These vehicles comfortably sit 5 people in a full size cabin, built into a modest sized car. At just over 4 meters (13 feet), this car is nimble to navigate on our island roads. The small car platform makes parking pretty simple as well. You are going to love it.
